My Husband grew up on a farm (of which his parents still run - but now live in town) .jpg)

I loved visiting them when they lived on the land. I learnt how to ride a motor bike, drive on a dirt road and do a burn out. All good things..jpg)

But with the drought of previous years it has been upsetting to visit. But did any of you get the rain that fell from the havens last weekend. Some of it fell near the farm and the River is up. And the salt levels are down enough for DH and FIL to pump some out for the house dams. There was dancing all around let me assure you.
And a progress shot of our camper trailer (it is sitting upside down).jpg)

Lovely shots. I love Baden's dirt mnoustache! Is that beautiful dog a setter? Off to research breeds - can you tell we're considering a puppy soon?
ReplyDeleteLove a mother who isn't afraid to let their children eat dirt!! So excited we're going to be living in the same city again, bring on 2011!! Can you believe our eldest will be in year 8 then??!! Scary thought, i'll be a 35-36 year old year 8 mother. What happened??
ReplyDeleteWell nose full of dust from dog walking & everyone mowing their lawns. Must sneeze, love Posie
